Coffee Export Planning

Five milestones. A schedule agreed for your order.

A shipment window depends on lot readiness, sample approval, payment, documentation and carrier availability. The quotation should identify both the target dates and what each date depends on.

  1. 01

    Lot matching

Confirm available coffee, grade, volume and destination requirements before quoting.

  2. 02

    Sample dispatch

Confirm a representative sample, shipping charges and courier window once the lot is identified.

  3. 03

    Buyer approval

Allow for sample delivery, test roasting, cupping and written acceptance of specifications.

  4. 04

    Contract & preparation

Confirm payment conditions, milling or packing needs, testing and export records.

  5. 05

    Shipment booking

Agree the shipment window against readiness, documents and confirmed carrier capacity.

There is no universal 5 to 7 day sample dispatch promise or 4 to 6 week export guarantee. Request a dated schedule for the identified lot and route.

Commercial Clarity

Agree the terms before the coffee moves.

Payment methods below are options for discussion, not automatically accepted terms. The signed contract sets the arrangement for the buyer, order and banking requirements.
